Is this contract supposed to apply the reputation to every world worst in Khaz Algar as worded or is this another item not working as intended.
I am only getting the bonus reputation on roughly a third of world quests and they mostly seem to be Pet Battle world quests. Anyone else using this item and it not working correctly?
Working fine for me for every WQ… 
If you already completed a WQ on another character (with or without contract) it will not give the bonus reputation.
