After patch, button is missing and we are counting 3 days in a row without any information from Blizzard no Blue post for this.
The impact is huge for some players who want to bring their characters to retail and needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
Do we know why this happened and when this will be resolved?

Apologies for the confusion, there were a few different issues affecting this and the conversion service had to be turned off and on more than once.
Current status is: Disabled, and we’re currently working to address an underlying issue before we can turn it back on again. No specific timeline for now, but we’ll let you know if anything changes!
Would be helpful if there was a blue post letting everyone know tbh but ty for this.
