Convoke is a cool ability, but i mean

it’s a 0 skill based ability…

yesterday i was on my disc and domed + rapture + fade conduit reduce damage + desperate prayer = still die through…

possible rework to convoke? sure it’s a cool design, not so cool for the receiving end.

boomy’s are just coming out of stealth with incarn + convoke = target is dead.

haters are gonna say you can interrupt bla bla, sure but what if you’re a melee and boomy is 40 yards away? it’s so dumb

i hope blizzard reworks the ability. it’s a cool idea, but not so cool for the receiving end once again :slight_smile:

so with the recent change on convoke if they solar root the healer, sheep/fear/root one of the dps, simply stun the third dps and the druid presses the convoke it will ONLY dmg the third dps rather then giving a small chance to spread the damage between the 3 players? So it means it will be a guaranteed kill with a well played cc? Or am I just misunderstanding it?

First change:
[With regional restarts] Convoke the Spirits (Night Fae Ability) no longer attempts to cast spells at targets affected by Cyclone and will no longer ignore targets affected by crowd control abilities that break on damage, such as Entangling Roots or Mass Entanglement.

Reverted a recent change that caused Convoke the Spirits (Night Fae Ability) to strike targets affected by crowd control abilities that break on damage, such as Entangling Roots.

Cool rework for this, other broken abilities and future ones: make it hit hard, but make it reliably hit hard so people can play around it and expect the damage. Not either win with a button or do f all because all that damage went god damned pets.
