Why do you go afk when cooking and log back to char screen after x min.
Im working on it, doing something, no?
Its so annoying when u want to cook 1000 of something and have to stay at
your pc or check in from time to time, even when the cooking takes like 30 min
to 1 hour.
Anyone has an idea to prevent this besides the obvious cat walking on keyboard?
Also, why are there no cooking speed buffs besides the cooking hat.
I mean the potion of fast hands or whatever it is called works for some profs
but then again not for some others.
You can’t prevent being logged out if your inactive for too long, other than by manually pressing a key or using your mouse.
Using any software tools to prevent that would be against ToS and probably classed as automation.

So why am i afk and then logged out, makes no sense to me.
I understand your point but your classed as inactive if your not activitly inputting keystrokes/mouse movements. It’s always been that way and i doubt it would ever change as people would use it as a mechanic to stay logged in.
The inactivity timer prevents people staying logged in afk for hours or days on end as that would have a massive impact on server capacity and we would all be in long ques to get in if people did that.

You are inactive. You’re not cooking, your character is.
Your character doesn’t use a keyboard to fight monsters. You do.
There is a distinction between Character and Player.
