I’m sure that a lot of people would roll more toons if backpacks mog were available at lvl 10:
If you wanna feel like an explorer in this game, the most delightful paths are the main quests making your char “exploring” new zones. It was striking to me that backpacks weren’t available for low alts, I thought they were designed on purpose

Sadly, I encountered the very same problem. It’s such a shame that Dragonflight cosmetics are mostly availabe from 58 onwards

Should change with TWW, when DF becomes a leveling expansion and not the endgame addon.

I found it strange that they still have level restrictions on transmog gear, so bizarre xD

I personally feel like changing the leveling experience from 1 to 60 would probably do infinitely more then make backpack mogs available at earlier levels
Doesn’t mean they shouldn’t, I’d support it if they did, but I wouldn’t be banking on such an outcome as a result
luckily it does end very quickly .i would be more happy if the op idea is implemented .

It’s about time they remove the level restrictions. They seem to make little sense now.
New players aren’t going to have collected them yet but veterans are more likely to have a bigger collection to choose from.
