With the new patch launched you can no longer track your buffs by using the Personal Resource Bar. My first thought was that they replaced it with the new Cooldown Manager, however after experimenting with the Cooldown Manager I realized it will not work as a replacement for some classes as it does not track all the necessary buffs the Personal Resouce Bar did. This is incredibly annoying and I hope this is not intended and just a bug as of now. I like a clean and minimalistic UI, I prefer to play without weakauras if I can, as I have for 20 years but with this new change I might actually have to dabble with WA’s even more, which is a bit sad as this update was with the intention to lower the use of addons in the game.
If anyone knows a workaround for this (Without addons, or even with addons please feel free to explain how!)
Same here I loved PDR for my tank specs. There is no solution for this sadly. I think it maybe a bug that buffs are missing. Why? because in the option section for personal resource bar you can still see option button for "buffs etc are by default showing under PDR but you can enable option to see them on ENEMIES’’ so i think it might be a bug
Yeah, I really HOPE its a bug… 
Not to sound like a crybaby but this is making me not wanna play the game today, just gonna hop on Last Epoch and chill… But it’s sad as I am having very fun with WoW atm in M+ etc… Oh well… Hopefully we can get a response on this from Blizz themselves!
look into settings there is a option thats turns them on.Soemting with cooldowns
