Blizzard disabled copy and paste on all password fields, because copy and paste is inherently insecure.

Hi there Drowzdots, this could be because of some Security software as well.
You may want to check if any of them prevent copy and pasting, they can deny permission for programs to paste.
It could also be some other program interfering so you may want to close any background processes.
