Copy one character's setup to another

I have many characters, and I want to copy the settings from one to all the other.
Is it not possible with Blizzards’ game or do I have to use addons like Elvui?

With the game not running, copy the contents of one character’s WTF folder over to the other. That’ll cover everything that can be copied in that manner. Certain addons will require you to go through and copy/set their profiles in-game.

u can also use addon called reflux
the 6.0.2 version is working fine in current wow

1st u create a profile /reflux snapshot profilename
and then type /reflux switch profilename on other characters
