Correct way to open with Blood of the Enemy?

So I’m wondering if I’m doing this right and I can’t seem to find an explanation anywhere else and I’d really appreciate the help.

I assume the correct way to go is: Prepot>Recklessness>Charge>Siegebreaker>BotE>Rampage

Also, how worth is it using Siegebreaker over Anger Management, especially in M+, seeing as it’s becoming easier and easier to fit 2 Recklessness casts into the 1,5 minute window.

Short term → AM = Lucid dreams // other = Siegebreaker
AND you can align siegebreaker(0,5min) and Recklessness(1,5min)+BotE (1,5min)
