Corrupted Touch, unavoidable 1 shot in vault of the wardens

Greetings, i just did Vault of the wardens as a random lvling dungeon.
On Inquisitor Tormentorum he spawns adds called ''Lingering Corruption" who give a dubuff called ‘‘Corrupted Touch’’
this debuff explodes when removed or when the timer runs out in an 8 yards radius for about 7k damage(i’m lvl 47 with 6.3k health).
multiple of these can be on the same person at once(had 3 on a group member) and certainly multiple are on the entire group(about 4 at once). It is unavoidable damage and only survivable if you use a major dmg reduction cooldown and then only if you have just 1 debuff on you and the entire group is spread out. obviously for a random group from dungeon finder, this will never happen.

This seems like a terrible scaling issue and should be fixed asap, even with some attempt at coordination we ended up disbanding. And this is not the only out of whack scaling in random dungeons while lvling, but so far the most outrageous one

‘‘Exarch Maladaar’’ in ‘‘Achenai Crypts’’ uses ‘‘Stolen soul’’. It 1 shot everyone except the rogue with the idea to use cloak of shadow

I can confirm this is still a problem. As a level 38 hunter, I took over 7000 damage. The full group was wiped as the dot was on all player. Second we got lucky.

Still an issue for me. Level 13 Warlock. Corrupted touch hits for around 7000 damage, I have 800hp
