Hey, just seen the shoulders (gilded fortress) and googled to see where to find them and it says its in torghast ?
are they 100% drop ?
I mean all the cosmetics from Torghast
The vendor sells them on floor 3 and 5 for 300, looks like 2 per vendor random ones.

Forgot what the currency in there’s called, the torghast stuff you get inside. Clearing the floors you easily have enough to buy 1 per vendor.

does it matter on which layer it is ?
No idea i’ve only done 6x 9 runs and there’s always been 2 random ones per vendor, so 4 a run.
Once you collect all shoulders broker won’t sell those again (may it’s gives 150g -thats what blizz worried about)
I am not seeing any shoulders on any of my alt run.
