Could have been fun with RDF

People forget one thing. RDF is cross-realm. It helps low-pop servers to catch up. Also. RDF gives extra XP, gold, rewards, and more.

The current community is the same. They want to XP as fast as possible.
Most of my dungeons have been the same. “pls invite, DPS here”. Once the group is finished you get “pls, summ, 123”. Once it’s done, you will no longer get “social” interaction.

So stop crying about RDF. It wasn’t the killer, but the upcoming data disk, LFR, talents, class balance .etc (and let’s not mention pandas. Ewwwwww)

But there is one good argument. RDF + HC. You can spam random heroics over and over again. And that’s how you farm badges. I would limit the number of random heroics per day.

Should be noted that if you queue with a full team of 5 man this requires you to do 11+ heroics per day. The actual amount of people who would even go through this effort is minimal.

I’m okay with getting rid of it though, but it will make group matching take a lil longer cause the system may not be capable of finding people who aren’t saved.

Because RDF is (almost) the only thing that is up for discussion.

No one is opposed to the few things you mentioned.
About 50% is opposed to RDF and that is why they wait till halfway (probably).
I think they are still gonna implement it.

Thats why they were usually done with full premade groups, often even with walk-ins, because the players didnt have the required itemlevel to queue these dungeons to begin with. You see, even with RDF, group forming for 5man dungeons like it is done today was still present. Even with walk-ins it was much faster, than doing random heroics, when it comes to badges.

But why is it the only thing up for discussion?

Where is this 50% number coming from?

On Crushridge no one did premade for those 3 dungeons on normal.

To be fair in Wrath people asked for Pandaren and Pandaria more than anything else.

Citation needed.

Yeah but trust me, I was posting just as much back then

Okay then, citation needed on you posting just as much back then then.

Is archive for the forum still about? I posted with the same name

Agreed. If Shadowlands had RDF i would play that because it’s really only RDF i care about. Maybe one day.

Yeah thank blizzard for this amazing experience, I was forced to level without going into a single dungeon due to the game lacking basic features, very socializing experience intended!

So true. With no RDF we are forced to not enter dungeons ever. It’s truly insane.

Oh boy, do I have some good news for you!

Shadowlands has RDF.

Can you go play it so the rest of us who can’t abide the limited talents, the homogenization of classes, the stupid paragon levelling systems they’ve added can get around to playing the actual game we want to play?

the lfd for heroic that don’t matter anymore you mean? is like don’t have it at all

Ha good one. I ain’t falling for that.
You think all these people would talk about RDF being essential to wrath and as if it’s the only thing that matters if they already had access to it? No way.

RDF wasn’t added until ICC>

it’s barely a WOTLK feature.

Keep it out. Its a bad idea. Even if you can’t understand why.

Apparently my dripping sarcasm wasn’t obvious enough.

RDF was a key feature of WotLK.

Another key feature of WotLK is that it happened before Cataclysm started the downward drift of talents and making every class the same.

Do I really need /s in my posts?

Also known as half of WotLK’s run time.

Icc was added in the same patch, so is barely a wrath raid?
also icc patch was near half of the total expansion life time
