Then again, dual specs, 1.5 sec mount speed, not dismounting in a puddle, random BG (which is in now, just disabled for below 80 rather than removing sota/ioc from the pool), current iteration of talents, some haste related glyphs - those weren’t in at prepatch the first time around either amongst other things, so… why is it we’re picking and choosing here?
Have any of you tried to form a group for any of the tbc dungeons right now using the tool thingy?
How many “oh crap no key”, “my dogs cat uncle died i gotta go”, “sorry i misclicked need for 7th time in a row i don’t know what is wrong with my mouse”, “ahhh im locked” , standing around half afk, people you got? And dungeons that are doable in 10 minutes taking over 40 minutes to get people for and clear. Especially on weekends. Cuz majority of these issues solvable with RDF.
And if anyone enjoys forming groups and traveling to the dungeons existence of RDF won’t stop them from doing that, it actually enables them to find more serious and hardcore players like themselves to rub each others neckbeards while they are clearing 15 year old piss easy content that is a glorified lootbox. After they spend 15 minutes getting to the instance because they absolutely have to enjoy the sights of the newest tv show on the second monitor i mean the sights of northrend. “123 pls”
Add same realm rdf as an option for us that are obviously inferior and worse players please and cannot handle the challenge of getting summoned to a stone.
Actually since RDF came at the END off Wotlk your argument kind off doesn’t make sense…
I concider Wotlk to be the best xpack (That makes me a wrath baby I guess?) and in my opinion the xpack was already the greatest before ICC and RDF got released .
On your argument I’d say it applies more to “Cata Baby’s” (is that a thing?) then wrath baby’s. Since Cata started with RDF applied.
BAD FAITH xD I’m pretty sure RDF is WoW killer along with LFR and CRZ. The way you want to play (afk in Dala until queue pops up) is ultimate proof for it.
Cya rusher without self-control about his fomo.
The subscriptions peak is more around the end of WOTLK. Even if starting WoW in 3.0 is enought to make you a “Wrath baby” it’s not the case for most of them.
This doesn’t even include the first time they had to level a character which was taking a fair amount of /played back then.
It’s not easy to prove it. I liked the idea back then but now i understand why i slowly lost interest in WoW and i’m not alone. Meanwhile, some people like you still like the idea.
Yeah, that’s why there is more raider than rp players in the innkeeper.
That’s why many bad things 15 years isn’t bad anymore in 2022, because people change and sometine theirs tastes too.
And communication with multiple people over the internet is no longer a novel idea anymore either so you don’t have to build it into your game system - in fact, it’s detriment to the actual game concept.
