One of the dumbest rare spawns ever put into the game for sure.
It takes a lot of luck for the rare to spawn at all, which makes the mount drop, which has a roughly 1-3% chance.
Please, if you add something to the game, let him farm normally… Give him a 30-60 minute spawn timer and that’s it.
I can imagine this is a pain now. Back when it was current he was always being spawned.
Do people still do rare farming groups for Korthia? That would probably be you best chance for now.
I don’t know if they’ll look at changing how he spawns, would be nice for those who are collecting things now.
I honestly hate rares that rely on killing stuff to spawn… worst culprit personally was Sire Ladinas in Revendreth, where you could spend a solid hour+ killing mobs after using the light thing on them nonstop to spawn him for a low chance at the toy he drops.
And he’s got an internal cooldown before he’d spawn again so you coukd be wasting your time when someone already killed it before you got there.
Blizz really ought to make rares have much shorter respawn rates for older expansions with increased drop rates… leave a rare’s drop scarcity for the ‘current’ expansion.

I am also in 2 Discord groups but no one shares this. The situation is similar with Rhuv.
I was active during SL, but I didn’t collect the mounts then.

make alt on 1 german rppvp realm, 1 french rp realm and 1 on eng rp realm and farm the zone after 12am…good luck
also post ingame suggestion for devs to see
