I just made a lovely night elf priest earlier yesterday and was already set on giving her the title of “Priestess”, alas to my dismay, there is no such title in this game surprisingly. The most I could find is “High Priest”, but according to comments on Wowhead regarding this title, it does not adjust to “High Priestess” for female characters.

Would be nice! Also would be cool if I could choose which version of things I wanted.
Same with Lady of War, I kinda wanna sport that on my male nelf warrior… just because I feel like it.
I did the same giggle-thing with “Slayer of Sin’dorei” on my Void elf.
Huh, I thought it did change based on gender.
Maybe they could add that as an option by talking to an NPC
