Could we have an updated animation for Angelic Feather buff?

I would argue there are a number of things that could be updated visually for Priest, but that might be subjective.

However, objectively, I believe that Angelic Feather’s buff visual is, to say the least, childish. Looks like something out of Disney with those twinkle little stars coming out. Can we make it more in line with our other Light themed skills? Just a white glow as is? It’s REALLY ruining the fantasy of the class for me.

Can we glyph it as Dark Feather for s priest too:)

I dare not even ask that far (but yeah all holy looking spells on Shadow Priest is just lore-wise and flavor-wise a disaster, especially since I’m playing as a Void Elf.).

But what I was mentioning is just a sheer lack of effort, honestly looks like someone said “yeah just put like whatever” and that’s how the effect came up. There isn’t a single other effect in the entire game looking that bad.

Someone is inevitably gonna ask this question so I might as well do it, but are you seriously complaining about a minor animation tied to our death run ability?

For some, it might be nitpicking, but for others who care about immersion and visuals, it’s a glaring problem. Considering that, in most content (open world, PvP, or just running through dungeons) - this effect is present 24/7, since you should be keeping the buff up. (same animation happens from power word: shield movement speed buff).

For Raids and M+ you really shouldn’t keep it up all the time, in those you never have to move more than what 1 PW:S allows unless it’s for a death run and the 4th boss in the raid. For the open world and pvp yeah you have to move a lot

And really hoe do you have time to notice the animation in raids, m+ and pvp?

Not everyone participates necessarily in end-game activities, there’s a large number of us who just enjoy the game, immersion, lore, and casual gameplay. There’s more to the game than just looking at highest numbers and being optimal. (also, I’m fairly certain it would take them one sprint to make this update, it’s a minor VFX update)
