I wanted to change my country of residence in battlenet, but they asked me for a physical record, what does this mean? I attached a photo of bills to the request, but in response I received this: We are unable to verify the legitimacy of the request. We will need a physical record f purchase showing your current address to update the account.
I assume your bill would be showing your new address so this would not match what is currently on your account.
I think want they want is a something which shows the address currently on the account as proof your the account holder. I’m not sure what they mean by record of purchase though, whether that can be any bill or has to be purchase of the game but it would be hard to provide a physical copy of the game pruchase when it’s all online
Only support know what it is that they mean - the automated system is at times quirky. They need to ensure that you are actually the person who originally created the account and purchased the game. Many people get accounts stolen so they are only looking after you.
I’d suggest you try and get a live chat with support so you can get precise details of what it is that they require.
did you solved your problem???
