Covenant armor not fixed with 9.1.5?

Hello!

So, given my understanding - We’re supposed to be able to freely transmog our things across covenants, right?
It seems to be the case; considering when I’m Venthyr, I can use my Night Fae transmogs (Even the new 9.1 ones) But when I’m Night Fae, for some reason I can’t use the Venthyr ones?

Here’s a few screenshots to visually aid the confusion.
Please do tell me if I’m missing something here, because I can’t see it.

Are you Renown 80 with Venthyr?
If not, you can’t mog their stuff on other characters
