Hi. I’ve not long receive Dread Sentinel’s Ebony Grips from a Venthyr Campaign quest. It says rank 1 of 7. Does any one know how you rank them up? Have tried looking online but they all lead to just renowned ranking up. T.I.A all
There is a npc on your covenant that looks like a transmog icon. You drag the item there and see how you can upgrade it and what is required.
Is a new benthic system, people loved benthic gear, and is also timegated by the progression on campaign.

Evidently both aquisition and upgrading of the armor is tied to your renown level, and anima.
Thing is, by the time we will unlock those renown levels won’t raid gear overpower it easily? Could still be useful as catchup gear I guess.
I don’t know, it’s a set that has some bonusses. Wouldn’t be surprised to be the meta gear for something, M+ or raiding, as it was the benthic gear. Also, not everyone might raid mythic.
Anyone know what this will upgrade to? As in quality/item levels?
I believe it can eventually upgrade up to a max of 190-something, so just below Nathria Normal loot. I have no intention on doing instanced endgame on some of my profession alts, but as long as I keep up with the campaign and anime, this will be a nice source of perfectly sufficient gear for, say, my skinner or tailor.
