so these toys (which do nothing but a cosmetic change on your hearthstone animation) have been useable on any character once you unlocked them, which was nice for alts and customization.
As of today, they require your character to be a specific covenant to use.
Is this a bug, or an undocumented intended change?
Isn’t locking appearances and transmog behind the covenant wall enough?
Can we keep purely cosmetic stuff account-wide, please?

This was not intended to be usable by characters that are not members of the covenant in question and the bug that enabled it has now been fixed.
