Are the Covenant tmogs, pets and mounts now all account-wide if you’ve got a Renown 80 alt on that Covenant?
as far as i have understood it, yes. you only need the 80 renown on one character somewhere on your account to get the achievement. then you need to have done the story quests once with one character. then you can swap freely.
i just checked my venthyr shaman has access to my druids nightfae mog, glanced over the mounts and saw a nf mount as well.
no idea about pets tho.

it’s a bit complicated, some mogs seem to stay others don’t on my alts if i swap covenants.
You need renown 80 with that covenant before it becomes accountwide.

it’s complicated:
on my main im 80 NF, and 40 with all the other covenants ( did a roundabout of switcharoos with the 40 renown token hoping to unlock the mogs)
my NF non armor specific mogs i unlocked on my main:
garb of pure spirit (renown)
garb of fall’s promise (death’s advance)
garb of the azure dusk (renown quartermaster)
garb of the twilight grove (korthia)
are all available on all my alts (even the lvl 1 bank alts) no matter what covenant they’re in.
the opposite is not true for all the corresponding mogs from my alt’s covenants to my main (renown, korthia, renown quartermaster, death’s advance) that i unlocked on my kyrian, venthir, and necro alts. but those mogs are shared between alts of the same covenant.
do you know if it also works for factions linked to individual covenants? For example, the pets available from Stitchmasters on Maldraxxus or other factions like that?
Let’s be honest they have made it more confusing and random than it needed to be. They always have to go halfway when doing something. Why can’t they just make it simple.
this si even more of a mess than i thougt, i tried swapping my 75 renown venthyr to nightfae, i lost (temporarily) all my venthyr mogs on that specific toon from my appearance tab ( but the mogged items on my toon mantain their venthyr mog) , but i can still use them on my low renown venthyr alt that would not have had enough renown to unlock them himself.
I’ll try capping 80 renown on my kyrian pally and see if my kyrian mogs become shared to my alts too in the same way my NF mogs are…
what a mess
indeed they should have just made all the unlocked mogs shared between all alts.
as it stands now, if you swap and switch frequently covenants between alts, you have no way of knowing what you have unlocked…
As far as Renown is concerned, this is a good week for it. Comp-Stomp awards a level fairly frequently when you win, and you pretty much always will.
What you people babbling about? my alts which are not even in any covenant do have access to covenant sets.(sets obtained by character which is renown80, that is)
after some testing i can confirm that the covenant mogs become account bound only after you reach renown 80 in that specific covenant.
untill then they are just covenant bound ( shared between alts of that specific covenant)
Mounts and pets also become accountwide at renown 80
haven’t tried pets and toys, but the mogs are crossfaction, and the 40 renown token can be mailed crossfaction
I’ve got all 4 at 80, but my necrolord mogs aren’t showing up.
All other 3 are
haven’t tried necro yet as my necro is only at renown 46.
