I have bought 3/3 upgrades and should have access to the oribos portal. But the room where the portal should be, is just empty.
I did swap covenant about a week ago.

You didn’t mention which Covenant you joined, but you may also need to do some questing to unlock the transportation network. Make sure you do all available quests for your faction.

Turns out there was a quest chain I had abandoned up in the mushroom area. So questing was the solution. Thanks
