There is a mount I want to buy from court of the night vendor but I need to be night fae. Can I switch to nightfae covenant and back to my original one in the same week or do I have to wait for some reset to go back?
You have to wait a weekly reset at least, I believe.

You also need to check if you can use the mount after leaving night fae. Most covenant mounts are covenant locked

You can if you do it the day before reset.
U need to w8 x3 resets becouse u can’t start the quest to go back same week u changed.

This is why I hate it when Blizzard gates toys, pets, and mounts behind factions or covenants. It means that you cannot obtain something that you want. These items should be account wide automatically, but either you have to change covenants or get alts. When the covenant system was announced, I knew I would have to have 3 other alts, just to enusre I did not miss out on things that the covenants offered.
If its the Umbral Scythehorn (snail) that one is not covenant specific. However there are lookalikes of the snail mount (one from the mission table that can be done with every covenant)
If its the Winterborn Runestag: That one is covenant specific. So as a non fae you cant ride it.
Also your Anima will reset if you join a different covenant. You will only keep the anima items that are still inside your inventory and havent been put into the reservoir yet.
Yes its the winterborn runestag, and I know I wont be able to ride it once I switch back. It’s just an ocd ting where I have to collect all the mounts which I can, trying to find the will to collect anime on alts with different covenants.
When you write anima will reset, does this mean if he switch to nightfay from the covenant he has and he has stored up 35k anima in his reservoir he goes to nightfay buys mount switch back to his previous covenant, will his anima then have been reduced to 0 even thou he stored 35 k before?
No. If you are Faye and have 35k in the storage and then go Necro you will start Necro with 0 Anima and no buildings for instance. If you hop back to faye again you will have your 35k anima and buildings back but ofc lose all the cosmetics that you bought at the other covenant (well not lose but they become locked. Meaning you cant access them unless said character is pledged to the covenant. This includes mounts and transmog)
When I left Night Fae with my Warlock and went to Maldraxus I couldn’t use my night Fae mounts and then I wanted to go back to night Fae and it took me 1 whole week to grind world quest to prove that I’m worth them back x.x

I also wonder if I start seed planting in grove what happens to those seeds when I come back can I gather them or are they gone.
What happens to my companions at mission table when I switch I know some are the same ones like meatball do I have to lvl him up again when joining a new covenant and unlocking him again?
The anima beams thingie that you can enforce everyday and after 10 days it gets perma enforced will it still be perma enforced when I switch back and forth ?
No idea, im not a fae and never will be. If they ever make Fae a 30% dps difference for rogues i will just reroll.
You have to level them up from level 1 again aside from the Universal ones like Meatball and Crowley.
The ones you have empowered should stay. Going to another covenant will have you do it again for that zone but the old stone should stay empowered the moment you return to your covenant (if you empowered necro and go fae you cant kill the “empowered” mobs while a fae if they require necro stuff to become active)

I can answer since i have 1st hand experience…
Gone, wasted seeds and everything.
Your covenant companions will be same lvl(if they were lvl 35 when you switched, they’ll be lvl 35 when you switch back), your Meatball will always advance, if you had lvl 45 as NF then switch to Kyrian for ex. and you start with him from lvl 45 there, but you make him lvl 47, then when you go back to NF Meatball will save his progress and be lvl 47.
Still perma enforced.
