I have had the phenomenon on this character that I had my what I thought last crackling shard drop on this char I could see it in the chat log but when I opened my inventory it was not there, so I thought I may have gotten my 10th on another char …
Problem: I have over 40 70+ level chars… I have checked them all at least twice now, I still only have darn 9 if that one on my Paladin had not vanished into thin air I would have had my Mount now.
Why is Blizzard making a warbound item Unique that same amount I need for the summon? I want that mount but now I never seem to be able to get my last chard I really don’t know what to do? I checked and checked again all my inventories, banks and warbound tabs I have only 9 not 10 still any new ones just disappear it seems.
Since it is a warbound item it cannot go into a normal guild bank tab, so where am I supposed to look for it now…
I also reported this as a bug , but you don’t get any response so … what am I supposed to do? I can write a ticket but lately the Game Masters have not been able top help me with anything at all anymore. And this forum seems to be very silent indeed… 
Support page has no mentioning of this issue. Oh yeah and trying to open a ticket results in a try to do the following (EMPTY). I cannot even open tickets anymore now… Thanks …
