Crafting gear with Progenitor Enhancement

Hi

i am just looking for some clarification on how the new enhancement works on the Blue crafted gear.

we get small perks if you choose to, but can we stack them? does it increase chances etc?

There are like 8 different options we can use, are you just meant to use 1 on each? or can we stack the same one for even more increase chance of proc etc?

Same question. Wanted to make speed set, would be meh if couldn’t stack speed increase, but I see why you wouldn’t be allowed to stack secondary/primary stat proccs
