Can we have a notification for crafting orders, similar to the mail icon on the character screen?

If I recall correctly from DF you only get notified for Personal Orders. You get a message in the chat box and an icon on your mini map next to the envelope that looks like a hammer.
The chat message reads : You got a personal order from xxxx
You don’t get notifications for public nor guild orders.
If this is not happening then something is broken or you could have an add-on that may be blocking this.
im talking about presonal crafting orders; not public. once u recieve personal crafting order to get notifcation outside. imagine having 10 char crafting and have to cycle between them.
And I mainly explained about the Personal Orders. If you offline you wont see the chat message but when you login you should see the golden hammer icon. This notifies you that there are personal orders waiting.
If you online you will see both the message and the icon.

Ok I get you now. That would definately be a QoL change. Perhaps make a suggestion

yeah i have done that begining of expansion, doesn’t seem to work.
It does work. It just depends on whether it is a high priority or not.
This should be fixed indeed, I do not want to log in to all my crafters to see if there’s a personal crafting order. Having a notification on the character screen would be great!

high priority these days is pushing nerf to classes or launching bug infested limited time events .everything else is low priority
