I’m confused. I see 2 messages on the Crafting Order UI. On the bottom left corner “you will be providing all the mats” and in the middle of the screen “The customer has provided the mats”.
I was trying to include a link to an image but I get an error.

It’s a bug since pre-patch. As long as all the regents are ticked green and have been provided then you can safely ignore that message. It won’t use you mats.

I also was checking because I don’t think it’s possible to place an order without mats but I’m not sure, at least I can’t place an order without providing the mats.
Depends on the order and regents needed for the craft. Some recipies require all the regents provided, some don’t.
and the icon that it matters it’s the one on the middle of the screen near the regent, right?
Yep, if it’s ticked green then they have been provided, if it’s yellow then they have not.
