Am i the only one that has no clue how to use this system and generally avoiding it at all cost just coz its complicated. The rest of stuff i enjoy mostly.

Not complicated at all. Please explain the part you have problems with. Just saying “Crafting orders are complicated” doesn’t really help.

Only problem i got is that fee is 100k and diamond is 42k atm for my neck… Yikers.
To make Q5 neck use 2 star daimond, not 3 star, rest 3 star aznd look for JC that can make for you.
Its how I got 392 neck.
Just make sure to put Q5 as an requirement when sending out a personal order to the JC. Mine costed 5k to make so not much at all for a 392.

Its not especially complicated just fundamentally broken. If youre trying to get into it now its already too late, the existance of private orders means public orders are already a dead system and the people who managed to get their crafts up day 1 have a monopoly on the market.
Worst part is that you are reliant on orders to level up due to all the BoE mats required but you cant do orders because you cant compete on the market with the people with higher crafting level and the public orders are dead.

Just get somene who will send u orders to finish quest and that’s it… How is that complicated?

Right that’s the option aswell. I don’t have alts so i asked a dude and we send orders to each other.
Ppl on my server are charging 100k fee atleast
The super rares dropping scaling loot for zero effort made crafting in these early days useless. They should be capped at 369.
I was excited to to get mythic matrix to craft 382 items but you cant determine quality in public orders so finding someone to craft specific items at max quality was impossible and killing rares was faster way to get better gear so I would say this inital part of the system failed badly. i would still craft few but its still impossible to get crafters because I need 382 since 379 are not upgrades anymore.
On my server I have seen barely any crafting orders even available. The ones that are item that I cannot make. If even those exist…
Personally, since I’m not doing any high end content and intending to keep it that way, I have considered crafting merely a way to collect some mogs. Some of those items are pretty cool.
As for being upgrades? I can get 385 items from just grinding some elemental invasion things.
The craftables start at… what? 382? Silver is 385 and gold seems very high. I dont know how good items people can actually make reliably, but based on my bad crafter alts where I invested all points into the stuff I want to make, I cannot get even nearly to gold. I believe it might be possible to get to gold with someone who actually put effort to it.
Still… how much is this over that 385? Not much. I dont simply give a crap.
Elemental invasion items waste only my time. The craftables will waste not only my time, but gold and are gated with sparks. As it is, the elemental invasion items require the currency I can get for most items one per week (with exception of 2h weapons?). For crafting you get spark every two weeks.
I see no reason to craft for anything than mogs. If I was raiding, I might get some items from the raid, but no idea how common that is. I also believe raid drops items for the slots anyway and it is unlikely I would need to craft, but since I dont do that content I have no idea.

I buy lowest ingredients and don’t know what level this ingredients produce. So I as a customer will ofc choose the best quality.

How much tip is needed? As I mentioned I only insert my mats and don’t know which effort the the producer will have to create this.

At the moment it’s easier to ask in the general chat and talk with a profession specialist. But if you have to do that then I don’t really get the idea of the work orders at all 
Then find another JC. Any JC that will ask you 100k fee for 392 ordinairy Q5 when the materials are relatively cheapl is scamming you. Daimong quality 2 should be around 1k
They cant all be demanding 100k for a 392 ilvl item that they do not bring mats for…
Like, On my server, i send the same CO to a person that denied it. But he was able to make 418 for others so 392 is very much possible as an ordinairy q5 craft
Moments later, Someone else whispered me. He even told me to use Q2 daimond instead of overpriced Q3.
You do not need Q3 daimond for (which doesnt even cost close to 100k) to make q5 lariat.
I think the worst choice they made with the system, was allowing you to get everything. They should have made it so you choose one path and that’s it.
It woud create different skilled workers and some variety in the market.
Being able to get everything, is no different than it was before. It just takes longer.

Find someone with whom u can work in the future.
I literally got in contant with a guy who struggled with same problem. Now we have each other in friend list and every time we get weekly quests for orders, we just auto send it to each other and it’s done.
Or send it to your alt if u have one.
