I accepted someone’s order to make a a gun with gilded crests to 636. They set minimum quality as 5 obviously and I only needed a bit of concentration to get it there (max skill in guns + inventing + blue tools).
When I checked the tooltip and it showed only 632 even though the quality showed as level 5 (which should be 636). It also allowed me to press craft which means it was quality 5, as the order was set as minimum quality 5. I ended up not wanting to press it (asked the guy if he wanted to risk it but understandably he said no). I closed the crafting bench in case it was some display bug, intending to reopen it, but then when I clicked the engineering bench again the interface wouldn’t pop up (tried walking away and then back to it). I tried to relog but I couldn’t even log out or exit the game and had to alt+f4.
When I got back into the game I asked them to resend the order and the tooltip was still showing as quality 5 with the pentagon but with only 632 as the item level.
Wish I’d taken a screenshot. Is this just a display bug?
