Bit like the cheap chancer on my server, puts in a work order for 8 of the JC gem pets, for a commission of 10 g each. Then wonders why no one fulfils them. No JC is going to let someone flood the market with JC pets, that they got for next to free.
As for the whole new system… Hate it with a passion. Alchemy… does not even get a weekly artisan quest for orders, I have as yet to see a public work order for it. The few others with alchemy in my guild all say the same. Easy to hit 100 skill, other than that… pretty crap.
Overall, left feeling I seriously regret not jumping into the exploit early and often shenanigans at the start of the expansion. Had I known there would have been zero consequences for doing it, I would have. In future I will, to maximum extent.
You were robbed. Tier 5 lariats being crafted for under 500g in public orders, The bow I have seen being on public orders on my alt and less than 2k offered in commission.

and people write back by email that when I have to have it completely upgraded (418) or whatever it is, they will do it for free for me.
But that’s how I’ve always been, I like to make people happy and give them something for their work

i put 2-3k comission for a prim.stat socket and got 2 star one, i put same 3-4k for lariat coz did not mind a lot about that and again got 2 star one
you literally throw your money and time to grinding skill for someone else
if you want get something good - it should be done by top server crafter, other crafters locked somewhere in a trash can and can’t release from there
that’s the bottleneck of whole system
it’s interesting, yea, but weak and left you far behind if you didn’t grinded knowledge from release day
