Crafting UI Bug - Unable to craft items

Does anyone else have the problem of not being able to craft items that they normally could before this patch?
Ever since this patch came out I’ve had some random instances where I couldn’t press recraft on a weapon if they set it to Q4 minimum quality requirement. I am maxed out in weaponsmithing and I normally can guarantee Q4 with rank 2 mats, however, this patch seems to have messed up something.

I’ve had this happen to me so many times now, but I’ll give two examples from last night.

I got a craft order for a 405 weapon. The person sent it with no embellishment, so the recipe difficulty would be 300 base difficulty + 30 primal infusion + 15 rank 3 missive = 345.
He had added rank 3 alloys, which puts me at 347 personal skill level. (Don’t confuse skill level and recipe difficulty here).
The minimum quality requirement was set to Q5, because I told him I can guarantee him a Q5 with these conditions. However, when he sent it to me, the recipe difficulty was at 360 (which should not be possible). I had to tell him to resend the craft order without the quality requirement and ensured him that it will still be Q5, but that it’s only a UI bug. I still guarantee 405 when this happens, but the crafting UI won’t let me press craft, it’s grayed out.

Same thing happened on a 418 craft. With concentrated + rank 3 missive + rank 3 embellishment, the recipe difficulty is meant to be 390, but instead it was 420… This time the quality requirement was Q4, which I normally can guarantee, but because of the sudden increase of recipe difficulty I could not press craft. The recipe difficulty increase also results in a lower quality that you can craft, since the requirement for a Q4 increases from 311 to a much higher level. Although, this is only a UI bug. If they send without the quality requirement, I will still craft a Q4 weapon.

Keep in mind that a 405 or 418 craft can have as high as 390 and 410 recipe difficulties, respectively, with the lowest rank on the missive and embellishment. Rank 1 optional reagents adds a higher recipe difficulty than a rank 3 would.
