Crashing and freezes Nvidia GPU Patch 8.3

Same problem here from start 8.3
OS: Win 10 pro 64bit
GeForce RTX 2070
Intel i5-8600k 3.60GHz
16gb RAM
SSD 500gb

Got my graphic preset on lowest possible, tried every fix/reinstall on this or other forums, but still my fps drops to 0 and game stop responding during boss fights in Nyalotha.

There is topic almost month old and fix nowhere.

I also want to vent my frustration with this. Ever since patch I’ve been having constant game lock-ups for 5-10seconds. Sometimes it locks my whole PC and pauses background sounds. Quite often it’s just wow, and the game freezes, goes grey, my cursor turns to the windows loading circle, and then it picks back up.
