Orboreal shards cost makes lego market almost unaccesible if you lose first train.
Without lego market crafting professions are useless.

If you want to be part of the first train then the shard costs should be by far the least of your concern.

I want to get on the second/third train and sink a fair amount of gold for an NPC reagent.
If orboreal shards were sold on AH, their price would have dropped as well as crafted lego

Ever stopped to think that just 'cos you can MAKE something, it doesn’t guarantee that you will sell it?

Then you would already be better off by selling the mats for the legos instead of making them.

I know, i know. Infact i dont complain about lego market at this point of 9.0.5.
I complain just about expensive stuff required and not sold by players

I worry about stuff like that when I need it… there’s always been a bar to crafting entry, whether it’s from vendors, gathering lottery or from Instanced content.

All my own crafters CAN make Legendary ‘seed’ gear, but I don’t usually need them at the highest levels as I’m not in the game-space that requires them.

There is just way too much gold and crafting is kinda useless. Players should be able craft items in game what have use to other players and it should be so for every crafting skill. Why craft anything If i know allready that noone really need it for anything in game because loot and quest items are better or easier and faster get. Or why anyone would buy player crafted armour or weapons when quest items and loot rains from sky

Except that they really don’t. 75k is nothing. 112.500 gold is nothing.

You get 75k within a month, by doing nothing but callings. That’s enough Orboreal Shards to rank bracers up from rank 1 to 4.

Orboreal Shards are a decent gold sink and they’re priced well. There’s nothing “unfair” about them.

If you went with the price disparity between different types of armor, such as the disparity between leather and cloth, I’d give you a point, but Orboreal Shards? Seriously?

This game has so many bots and druid multiboxers, that I just find it a waste of time to earn gold with crafting.

And i’m recommending you to not waste your time.

And no. Blizzard either won’t do anything about it, or what they do will not be significant enough to matter.

Do you remember there s something called real life, right? You calculated many times the gold amount per month…why dont you explicit also the hours needed?

What do you think the people did to earn gold before Shadowlands? Did they perhaps, spend time ingame, to earn said gold?

Shadowlands earns a player a lot more gold per character than BFA did.

This is getting more and more silly by the reply, I’ll just stop.

You’re correct and my opinion is clearly, objectively wrong.

They should in fact pay us gold for every Orboreal Shard purchased. Or make them at the very least free. Everything else would be unfair. :roll_eyes:

@Roljin - how long have you been playing, to say that Orboreal Shards are extortionate?

1 Calling per day. 10minutes aprox. Can be stocked up to 3 days. The real life reason doesnt really fly there.

Since late 8.3

1)Once you complete a calling you must wait 2 days before a new one, some day you clearly cant do more than 1/day or even none.
2) i dont play for making gold, i play for fun and every game should remind that. Sometimes, quite often tbh, WoW rewards you just as long as you “work the game” instad of “play the game”

There’s a new Calling EVERY day; you can do a max. of 3 a day, if you save them up.

Not true. If you complete 3 calling in a day, what do you have to do the day after?

You get the next one… they have a timer & if you have 3 available you have:
1 day to do the first
2 days to do the second
3 days to do the third

If you do them as you get them, you only ever see one at a time.
You do NOT get three Callings, every 3 days…
