How do I create a ticket? I’ve tried the support and I just keep getting directed to an article that doesn’t help.
I created my account 26 days ago and the restrictions are still in place, I want to talk to someone about this.
Restrictions usually remain until you’ve purchased gametime.
I purchased game time 26 days ago.
Go to your recent transactions page and make sure that the gametime purchase actually went through.

You can use this direct link https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/product/wow - once you describe the problem and get the list of support articles if none help there’s an “I still need help” button at the bottom.
Hit that select account and other problem and you’ll get a contact us button which will allow you to create a new ticket.
