Creation catalyst bugged?

I used a level 60 boost on a new character and trying to use creation catalyst to make a tier piece and it says “The catalys is recharding and will be funtional in”

I have crafted 0 pieces but its on cooldown

Did you manage to find a solution to this problem? I’ve seen similar posts to it but no solution ffs

just had to wait till next day, I guess its a bug on new boosted characters
