Credit card expired

Hello. On the launcher it is now showing Subscription Expired. I’d forgot my card expired end July but I still have 2 weeks left of gametime. I went into account details and it seems (from what I found searching as well) that I there isn’t an option to amend an expiry and I need to set up a sub as though it’s a new card.

However, after entering my card details with the new expiry and CVV, this was accepted and I’m taken into another screen that is headed:

“Please authorize this purchase with a quick security check”

the expiry and CVV were blank, so I re-entered them but the subscribe button is greyed out and the only option is Cancel. I assumed that was what it meant as I couldn’t see anything on screen to say what the above message means. So can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong or what I need to do.

Thanks

Where you using the battle.net desktop app when adding the card/sub? I’ve had that before in the app where the button just stays grey no matter what. When that’s happened i’ve just gone onto the website instead and not had any problems.

That seems to have worked. At least using the website has let me add the card with the new expiry and I have set it as default and removed the old card and the one the app supposedly wouldn’t let me save but seemed to have saved it anyway.

Anyhow, looks like I’m good. The expiry message is still showing next to the launch button but maybe that doesn’t get updated immediately.

Thanks for your help.

Glad that’s worked for you. The app seems to save the card fine for me too, it just gets stuck on the confirmation (the actual purchase of the sub) part.

The battle.net app has been quite slow recently to update the display of the sub length/expiry but if your subs paid you’ll be able to log in regardless of what the app displays.
