I am levling now without the buff, and believe it or not, it’s late I know I know, this server has seen an amazing amount of players around, but today, so many of my friends that I made during levling, told me that they cannot be bothered to stay, to level, I rushed it rather with AOE groups, but they switched servers, making a death knight, or to buy boost instead of wasting time to level, please consider brining it back for 1-70 at least, or 68, many of you might disagree, but it did bring a lot of people to level, or even play, specially on a fresh realm where you cannot boost your characters, you all know t hat many people doesn’t wanna level from 1-70, nothing you do here ever goes to retail, sure on retail I do understand levling being at normal speed, but then again levling there is fast anyway, I am currently 61, been for awhile, TBC zones empty, and well, ain’t that many 70s here yet, and all those who I levled with switched to others servers cause of the removal of the JJ buff, call me a complainer, but it looks from the US forums and many here, that the complains ain’t only 1 sided.

Just deal with leveling without it ./shrug it was just a 50% xp boost to mob kills, It’s really not a big deal.
Ehh, it’s was 50% increased experience all around. NOT only mobs, just stating it.

Wrath leveling is miles easier than Classic leveling. XP per level is shorter, zones have many additional quests (since BC), some new hubs even. Classes play a lot easier - shaman orbs, hunter aspects are free, pally seal is 30 minutes, etc.
Processing the loss off the buff is inevitable to some, but if anyone can’t manage to level in Wrath on a busy server where dungeons still happen, they just didn’t make it.
I’m afraid blizzard will never ever in a million years introduce RDF or add back JJ as long as their current plan of “Slow leveling means people will spend hundreds of dollars boosting instead

Its this games 2nd coming, i dont want to experience that grind AGAIN up till to 70 on those old, empty zones.

I understand your point and i can agree with it to some extent. personally i don’t care if the buff is active or not, i’m just leveling and i also came late for the party but i will get there.
There is something that i don’t understand as well, i mean the logic of it, many people say that they enjoy Classic or the game from Vanilla through TBC and now WOTLK but then they don’t want to go through the leveling process? I don’t see any sense on this.

I just made a thread about this. I really feel like they should add the boost to fresh servers as well or I think they will take a dip in population since 1-70 is very brutal without an exp boost and RDF…
Boost is a catch-up mechanic.
Fresh server has nothing to catch up too.
That’s why it’s a fresh server.
Also, bot’s heaven.
Boost is a way for people who don’t wanna level to get to max level so they can do what they wanna do in the game that they play a monthly subscription to access.
