If they said that they would give it out before the season ends, like you said in numerous posts on this subject, they still have plenty of time to give it out because the Season isn’t over yet.

The reason for the delay is that they have changed their minds. First they said it was going to be a duelist reward and now it is going to be from the SS Legend achiv.
