Is there a way to get croc tooth harness in shadowlands? I got to rank 8 in the brawler’s arena but it seems like I cant fight any more, maybe I am missing something?

There is a vendor which sells challenge cards you can give to a guard to start a specific challenge. The Croc Tooth Harness has a chance to drop from the upgraded Bruce challenge.
Where would that be exactly? It seems that the brawler arena is empty of npc’s.
That is because the Brawler’s Guild is currently inactive. The next “season” should start in 9.1 or 9.1.5.
