That doesn’t mean that the individuals that take part follow the steps of their faction or group to its full extend, in itself this is more of evil banding together to avoid failing once more.
But I agree with what you say and in fact there are moments of animosity which for me it has only enhanced the experience, everyone looks for their own and tries to get as much for them or their “faction” on the events / meetings and if due to this conflicts is reached, then is IC and it would only give us more rp to deal with.
That’s part of the dynamic, and it’s honestly quite (may I say) keyed
There’s barely any trust, arguments about the slightest pettiest topics, people who are reluctant or indecisive get bashed at, and such
A lot of people there see the others as means to an end which i find to be very cool
