Hello.I looted from Opulence , Crown of bloody succession on my ally character.I logged with my horde caharacter to use the tmog and it belongs at the apperances i havent collected.I restarted game, client even PC.I logged with character i won the tmog i equiped it then back to horde and i saw no difference.I mention I looted with my alliance paladin and i wanted to tmog at my horde warrior.Also i looted form lfr.is any restriction betwens faction? is it a bug ? is a techincal issue?I appreciate your help.

Make sure that the two hour trading time has expired on the item!

Thank you so much for the information.
You can get around the 2 hour trading window by transmogging the appearance onto the character you won it on. This will then enable it on other toons.
If you don’t want to equip the item, you can also sell, disenchant or delete it. Less costly.
If the item is an upgrade for you, equip and transmog it to another appearance, that should also remove the 2h trading window.
You can also transmog it into “Hide” (unless pants or weapon) for free.
