I already made a ticket about this ingame but was advised to make a post here as well by the GM who replied to my ticket.
2 days ago the crown of eternal winter appearance disappeared from my appearance list (it was transmogged on my headpiece at the time thats how i noticed). The GM who replied to me said it was a known issue and they didnt have a solution or a work around yet so i dont know how making a post here will help but anyway im taking their advice .
It’s indeed a long-term known issue, there’s nothing they can do nor we but inform you about this matter-of-factly.
yup apparently they cant do anything about it. i just hope the solution they will come up with wont be a portrait of a fruit bowl

This was first reported on July 10 on US support forums. I still, to this day, 3 1/2 months later have to pay 60-70 gold at each login to get my Jewel of the Firelord back.
We paid extra money for this and it can’t be fixed in over 1/4 of a year?
I hear Blizz is bleeding customers and this is how you think you will keep your long time paying customers?
