Is the Drop high? Wowhead says: ??
So I’m not sure. Another source says: 1.7% which is extremely low!
I really really want it for my Night elf. It drops from Battle of Dazar Alor right?

Can’t really say for sure, but consider the following:
You’re not guaranteed to get a drop from a boss in a raid (you might just get gold).
It is one of 3 items clothies can get from Opulence (4 if you’re a priest as he also drops an intelligence mace). I don’t know if they have the same chance to drop or not.
It is basically the chance you have to get an item divided by roughly 3 or 4. It’s probably higher than what wowhead says as it counts how many times it dropped for all people who give their data to the site, not just the clothies, so it would never drop for a paladin or a hunter.

Keep in mind that there are 4 different colours, each from a different raid difficulty.

I want the Cloth one for my priest, I believe it’s silver but I don’t mind any color.
LFR is black with golden gems.
Normal is golden with red and blue gems.
Heroic is pinkish.
Mythic is silver with blue gems.
Just do the raid on as many cloth characters you can and you’ll get it. The drop is not that low.
