CS refusing to provide customer data and straight up breaking EULA

So what’s the legal repercussion of refusing to provide a customer the personal information and data Blizzard has stored on them, when asked multiple times?
And what happens when Customer Support breaks their own EULA by harassing, discriminating and threatening customers?
As always, this is not the US forums and as the blatant racists Blizzard are, no proper response will be provided from any officials, but it would be fun to know who else has evidence of Blizzard breaking their own EULA or other mishaps that could be taken to legal.

So just to inform you subject access requests at least so much as the UK is done but I assume similar for EU countries is more of an involved process than just opening a ticket which I assume you did? You could request specifically for that service, but companies can delay such requests until they can verify that you’re the subject of the data request and identification confirmed.

Also why do you need information from the company as well generally? You provide them a name for the account, some contact details and payment method likely what else is there a concern for? Also calling them racist for not having the same customer support coverage in an area doesn’t exactly line up. Are you worried they have all your chat logs? Like what else is there that you didn’t knowingly give them?

You can submit a request for your data. It’s a huge file so be prepared.
