The boss attack the same target multiple times basically until dead. I have a pre-shield and also angel that procc twice and still do not survive

And that’s the problem. If I remember right everyone should be in melee range behind the boss to prevent him from charging and doing that. Though I might be mistaken as it’s been looong time since Wrath.

The mage also not in melee has not been hit at all for last 3 days when we did this but I was clapped and so where other healers. The amount of attacks and with no visual indication that he even damage me make me think this is not intended
Well, we mages like to “Misdirect aggro” on the healers. Helps when we have to blame someone.
But on the serious side, if you think it’s bugged report it through the ingame bug report option. Generally in this boss everyone should stand in melee range, but tank in front.
I tried that system but it said to go to forums, actually US forums but it would not let me post there since I do not have level 10 char on US.
Tomorrow I will try to stand behind boss and hope it work better
Luck of the draw or there might be some bias against healers if they are standing in the charge range.
Was there some graphical glitch of him not visible charge or such? If so, you might want to report that as a bug though melee swing animations tend to be cancelled if the attack speed is fast like this boss during it’s Time Warp.
Bugs in EU are reported in game, the green Elf is probably going to link a screenshot to show where, soon.

What the ability should do according to other sources is to charge around choosing multiple targets but he only stay on 1 target
This boss is bugged, he’s supposed to charge different people and hit them but he charges just 1 person and hits them with all the attacks that are meant for different people, often resulting the unlucky caster being 1 shot so fast that they don’t even see him move on their screen.
