Curious, why the realm name with Author…

…test really - as for some reason I am seeing realms with the Author name on posts - sure that wasn’t there yesterday

Was wondering why the posts were spread out …new thing?

New feature it would seem so.
But its kinda made whole discussion list scuffed due long nicknames+long realm names of the authors.

Aye, definitely spread out, wonder why they need us to see where people belong… not really fussed where people are

I suppose due to an increase of copycats that create a low level alt using the same name as a regular poster in order to troll.
It’s a bandaid fix to a larger problem revolving around trolls and anonymity.

I noticed that too today when I opened the forum up.

maybe they want to spare us from giving views to the usual people posting bait

It looks really messy. Why aren’t the realm names capitalised? Also when I first open the page the realm names are in columns:

Humphrey-
doomhammer

But after a bit of scrolling the page jumps and the names switch to being in one line:

Humphrey-doomhammer

Also they removed the replies by user feature.

Stop noticing things Nilari-chamber of aspects, you know too much already :male_detective:

The non capitalised realm names also bothers me

Its the same person who has about 10 clones and blizzard should ban them but instead they let them do it and give them the okay to harass people its annoying and makes me sick the mods basically allow it.

Just give us Bnet posting and be done with it.

They should also change the layout of the topic list so that it uses the entire width of the window, and give extra space in the author column. Currently it uses like 60% of the window.

How so? Realm name isn’t really an indicator, clone alts seem to be a problem, but I can’t see how this will fix it.

Same as ppl creating low level alts to harass others with offensively named alts to like others, I just disabled the whole notification for likes cause I couldnt bother be noticed of people creating alts with some names just to spam likes on people. I post from the characters I play and I dont create some alts for forum or “play forum” like the people creating these alts seem to do. I wouldnt even use the forum if I didnt play the game so I cant even begin to understand why would some behave otherwise but some of their behaviour falls under harassing and is actually bannable, people would have to make ticket presenting proof. That such is even needed to do in first place is dumb ofc but blizzard doesnt approve harassing in any case is what I’m saying.

Believe me. They don’t care. In fact they actively encourage it. If I could I’d post the reply I got from my complaint about clones and harassment.

It was along the lines of “meh… so what…”

I didn’t even bother to fill in their customer survey its now so obvious how little they care for their own forum despite desperately trying to tell everyone how much they value community.

In your case it’s easy to tell you apart from the gnome and panda avatars, very low effort clone :dracthyr_hehe_animated:

We should get battletag posting like all the other blizzard game forums have.

Preferably with the option to select a character to represent us
