So it seems they’re becoming account wide? Does this mean I’ll have 117,005 Timewarped Badges and 1,175 Darkmoon Prize Tickets to play with?

Currencies can be shared across characters, but there is a loss when you convert between characters.
This will only work for characters you have within your Warband and not your whole character lineup.
So you want to move say 10,000 timewarped badges from Bob to Bill, Bill will get the converted amount of say 7,500 when the transfer is done. Of course I don’t know what the transfer of currencies will cost, so I’m just using a 25% example.
But this is done in away to put a cost behind everything, especially when people are adding/removing characters from their warband to do this kind of activity.

While we’re at it, can we please get rid of all the dumb currency systems as well?
Why do I need to collect one currency for the Niffen, trade it in another, and then use that to actually purchase something?
And why are all these tokens not in the currency tab?

Hmm, I was hoping to just have access to the currencies. One thing I really want War Within and Warbands to address is the sheer time-consuming nuisance of logging in and out of the characters for “admin” purposes. Hopefully the bank will address a lot of that. But I’m not sure I’ll enjoy systems like the BfA war resources cache being made universal–just more logging in and out to mail stuff to each other.
everytime i have to look for boulder or a coin i get mad. why didnt put these currencies in currency tab is a mistery to me.

Stop spreading misinformation please. There is no adding a character to Warband. Warband is your entire account! As for currency we don’t know anything about how they will work yet. Yes it’s true that in the past there have been ways to transfer currencies from one character to another at a cost, but for Dragonflight that have not been enforced, and currencies like time rift phlakes and dig currency there have been a 1:1 transfer, though only 500 and 1000 at a time.

You’re correct and I was indeed not providing the correct information. I was basing it off the imagery that we were shown by Blizzard. But yes it does appear “Warbands” are all characters on the Battle.net account. I double checked when you brought this information up.
