Solution? Merge solo Q with regular arenas! So you can Q Regular 3v3 for one game Solo, or Premade, does not matter realy. Also Game has Build in Voice chat, so For higher Ratings you can not make excuse ahh but they are premade they have voice, Litteraly anyone Can use ingame voice chat and People would On higher Cr. Not only would This Inflate The regular 3v3 ladder and Increase participation as This Version of Solo Q is Way better design, but Due to rating Inflation it would be possible to get mounts too. So everybody wins. If people see They can realisticaly attain Rewards Like Glad mount again, i gurantee participation would skyrocket. And That Solo Option would be popular Too as no need to waste time in LFG, Also Waiting Time would be way lower if not almost instant as it is not 6 rounds but one arena match. PVP rewards needs to be accesible, It is Bad Design when it is so exponentialy Hard to get Glad mount Compared to Killing Last Boss for CE/getting mount from that boss. Therefore Gladiator mount should be 2,1k or 2k even. You might not like What i write PVP Gatekeepers/elitists but Im telling you the truth, If you want To save PVP this is the drastic measure that needs to be taken. Fun fact also There are less people Getting Duelist FOS than People Getting CE FOS from last boss. So 2-2,1k should be threshold for Glad mount, period.

It always has been that way and you have the same in PvE. You push for the highest keys at the end of seasons, I would think.
So they play versus lower random groups as premade? Ehm, no! If you want to play premade, that is fine, but only versus other premade teams! If there arenāt enough teams playing the mode, the issue must be within the mode!
Which is exactly why I think we need a mmr system that puts you on basically the same mmr each season, so you feel you are improving when you did.
I play my alt this season a lot better than last season in my opinion, still 500 cr below currently where I was last season with it.
No what I mean is that a 1600 MMR premade team gets matched against a 1700 MMR random team while the MMR gains/losses are calculated as if the premade team would be at 1700 MMR. Numbers are made up of course, would need some fine tuning for sure. That would make sure that random players would by default get a MMR/CR bonus to make up for the lack of a coordinated team.
I see why people are worried about that but other games (which are also more competitive at the same time) are doing it in the same way without any problems (Overwatch for example). Can also fine tune that of course to make the matchmaking try to put premades vs other premades or also allow 2 stacks queue up together for example.
Well Iām new to the game but I donāt like arguments like āitās always been like thisā. Imo a percentage based ranking (could even make it spec specific when I think about it) with a weekly rating decay every week for everybody above 1800 who didnāt played ranked that week would make much more sense. Lots of people (this will probably the first season in which I donāt stop playing at early-mid season for example) usually donāt play until the end of season, why should they be punished for that?
Like I donāt know, I feel like the system is so different from every other competitive game just for the sake of being different

Iād bet that there will be a huge inflation at the end of the season to be honest because thatās what Blizzard is constantly doing: Create a system with obvious flaws and then fix the flaws later on to sell that fix as some kind of⦠ācontentā I guess?
