reminds me of SL Season 4 and we are still in season 3… I think season 4 DF will be playable in the last 6 weeks to push quick glad, else not even worth playing in PVP
some stuff which is dog:
every team is DH/X
MMR bug still exists
u literally face the same teams above 2.1 24/7
LFG is dead and unplayable before 7 PM, don’t bother trying to play off-meta stuff
Healers having the hardest time in arena rn
solo shuffle as healer is pure madness
overall the meta feels super boring
SOD is not an option for me, it’s even more boring playing the same content over and over
One small balance patch before Christmas, another small one a month later before the AWC, and now still stuck with the same meta since the DH/rogue reworks.
Normally by that time we’d have a PRT with a lot of class changes already, but 10.2.6 is secret… so the big hope is that they are doing something, just not showing it
I was hoping to get 2.4 as MM this patch, but that seems less likely by the day. Current deflation is the worst we’ve had in DF and I must be top 30 of my spec for elite, which is a bit harsh. Seramate says I’m top 2% for MM region-wide but I’m barely above duelist
Honestly, the situation is that I can’t find a healer who wants to play more than a couple of games so I can’t play something other than my HPRI and RSHAM. They either give up fast or don’t wanna waste their time because I am not a high XP player.
I am not stepping my foot into RSS other than capping for the vault (while it is still worth capping full) since the mode is made for people who have the entire day to sit and spam the mode while waiting for eternity to get into it. Climbing is at a snail’s pace.
There is no communication between devs and us and the legend says that they are still monitoring.
On top of everything, they are quick to nerf ENHANCE shamans only while DHs are still running rampant.
P.S. I don’t want to sit for hours and watch a streamer hoping I’ll get chosen for 3-5 viewer games but seems like that is the future of 2s at least.
If you believe you can do it, have some faith. Becoming a good PvP’er takes years for most people. Even then you won’t see acceptance from some part of community specifically 3v3 people who play it on high rating.
