it gives more dmg to all spell schools except holy by 10%, reduces resistances by 90
Except holy and nature u mean.
why dont i see this buff

seriously though how do i know im effected by this buff?
If your spells seem to do around 10-13% more damage than usual its probably up.
it’s a debuff on the target applied by a warlock
